Tellumat has been involved in the space arena spanning several decades. The involvement ranged from development of electronic components, microwave assembly design, space class manufacture to service provision.
Today, in addition to the space experience, Tellumat provides a significant technology and industrial base. Tellumat is willing to enter into co-operation agreements with amenable partners and is experienced in taking in technology transfers as well as providing outward technology transfers to clients.
Tellumat fared well in the recent South African industry space capability audits conducted by European space companies Astrium SAS and Thales Alenia Space, and with the South African national space programme taking shape, Tellumat wishes to engage in future space initiatives and is seeking opportunities for partnerships in anticipation of space activities to come.
