FibeAir IP-10 point-to-point radio is Ceragon's next generation of carrier grade wireless Ethernet solutions family. Combining IP and TDM networking, FibeAir IP-10 offers risk free migration with the highest possible capacities at the lowest overall cost - addressing any deployment scenario.
Features:
- Capacities from 10 to 500 Mbps supporting channel bandwidths from 7 to 56 MHz using QPSK to 256QAM modulation with the same IDU and ODU. This provides the highest scalability, capacity and spectral efficiency available on a single platform.
- Incorporates advanced integrated 7 port MEF certified Metro Ethernet switch supporting full 802.1 p/q QoS and queuing functionality.
- Economic pay-as-you-grow concept. Additional capacity or features provided by upgrade license on the same hardware.
- Supports legacy TDM (E1 and STM-1) traffic and Ethernet traffic simultaneously using native E1 and native Ethernet for optimal use in a mixed TDM, hybrid or pure IP backhaul network. This allows risk free migration to an IP network and full flexibility in assignment of capacity to E1 or Ethernet traffic.
- Up to 32 E1, STM-1, FE and GbE interfaces.
- Full range Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) allows maximum throughput during clear conditions and adapts for lower rate high priority traffic in poor environmental conditions using dynamic hitless modulation shifting. Used in conjunction with QoS ensures critical traffic has priority.
- Ultra low latency for delay sensitive VoIP and video over IP.
- Range of ODUs to support all licensed frequency bands from 6 to 38 GHz.
- Integrated nodal solution allows stacking of units in an enclosure supporting cross connect between E1s and STM-1 and XPIC and 1+1 configurations.
