Our Managed Services will assist in optimising your communications system by proactively providing you with cost-saving solutions, continuity and support. All faults reported are captured by the fault management system and routed to the relevant area of expertise from installation to software upgrades. Complex installations are supported with on-site visits and assistance with set-ups whilst the Tellumat support technicians can resolve problems experienced at any site remotely via modem. Tellumat also implemented a fault management system to keep track of all faults logged by dealers to ensure the quality of software and hardware releases. With our Global Software Download Management system it is possible to do regular PBX database backups to provide customers with disaster recovery and software upgrades to the installed base.
